Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Domestic (United States): 3 to 7 business days

International: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. You are responsible for paying any additional fees required by your country's customs office.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ofashions@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at ofashions@outlook.com. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
